Fortune Cookie celebrates growth with new appointments

Fortune Cookie is pleased to announce two key hires that will add strength to the agency's capacity to win new business and produce world class creative.

Jonathan Lovatt-Young joins Fortune Cookie as Creative Director. 

A First Class Design graduate and a former finalist in Creative Review’s New Talent competition (1998), Jonathan joins Fortune Cookie from Crayon London, where he worked on the Broadband and Voice launches for BT.  Prior to this, Jonathan was Digital Production Manager with the Mirror Group, where he was responsible for taking The Mirror, Sunday Mirror, ic24 and LiveTV brands online.

Since joining Fortune Cookie, Lovatt-Young has already played a key role in securing accounts with Prudential, CBS Outdoor, Miss Selfridge and Europcar.  He will steer the agency’s creative direction, while his 14 years of experience and expertise in brand execution will help Fortune Cookie to win accounts with more of the world’s leading brands.

James Tomaszewski returns to Fortune Cookie as Solutions Director. 

Formerly a User Experience Lead at Top 50 digital agency AKQA, James re-joins Fortune Cookie to develop the agency’s approach to winning new business.  James has worked for Fortune Cookie previously, contributing four years of expertise and energy as a Project Manager with clients such as Diabetes UK and Legal & General.  During his time at AKQA, James was responsible for developing user experience on the global Nokia account.

James holds a First Class Degree in Industrial Design from the University of Wales and a Certificate in Interactive Marketing from the Institute of Direct Marketing. He is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner and is currently completing his MSc in Human Centred Systems Designs from UCL.
